Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items for a full refund if they were not custom fitted/created for your animal. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery to inform me of your return and reasoning. Any form of wear and tear will void your refund.
K9 Kouture is not responsible for any unwanted product due to incorrect measurements.
Please be sure to read each product description before ordering to ensure the satisfaction of your purchase. Due to each item being custom made specifically for your animal any unwanted purchases may not be returned after they have been created.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to K9 Kouture, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Warranty Information
At K9 Kouture, every item is handmade with care using high-quality materials designed for everyday use. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects
Assembly defects resulting from normal use
Material defects present at the time of manufacture
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from chewing, scratching, digging, or other destructive behavior
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic fading, scuffing, scratches, or finish wear on hardware
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or improper care
Products that have been altered or modified after purchase
Improper sizing or measurement errors provided by the customer at the time of ordering
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements submitted during the ordering process are accurate. Because many of our products are custom-made to the specifications provided, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size due to incorrect measurements.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
The safety and condition of all gear should be regularly inspected before use. No dog gear is indestructible, and owners are responsible for determining whether a product remains safe and appropriate for their dog's use.
