Custom Orders, Local Pickup & Returns
All K9 Kouture products are handmade and custom-made to order based on the measurements, colors, hardware selections, and other options chosen specifically for your dog. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Because these items are custom-created for your individual animal, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has begun or the item has been completed.
K9 Kouture is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Please carefully review all sizing information before placing your order.
Customers selecting Local Pickup are responsible for reviewing the pickup location prior to completing checkout. All local pickup orders must be picked up in Harrison Township, Michigan. Shipping charges will not be refunded if a customer selects local pickup and later decides that the pickup location is not convenient.
Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in new condition. Any signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will void eligibility for a refund.
