We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty covers: Hardware failures due to manufacturing defects Assembly defects resulting from normal use Material defects present at the time of manufacture This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from chewing, scratching, digging, or other destructive behavior Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic fading, scuffing, scratches, or finish wear on hardware Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or improper care Products that have been altered or modified after purchase Improper sizing or measurement errors provided by the customer at the time of ordering Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements submitted during the ordering process are accurate. Because many of our products are custom-made to the specifications provided, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size due to incorrect measurements.
