Don't worry! We may be able to repair your existing E-Collar strap without you having to purchase an entirely new one!
Our E-Collar Repair Service is $15, which covers the materials and labor needed to complete your repair.
How It Works:

Add the E-Collar Repair Service to your cart and select your preferred prepaid shipping method.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email.

Securely package your E-Collar strap, attach the provided label, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location within 5 days.

Once we receive your strap, we'll complete the repair and ship it back to you!
Important Shipping Information:
Shipping costs are charged separately from the $15 repair fee.

Shipping to K9 Kouture: Your selected prepaid shipping label is added to the repair price.

Shipping back to you: Return shipping is calculated and charged during checkout.
This ensures shipping is covered in both directions!
Shipping packaging is not included. Customers are responsible for securely packaging their strap.

This prepaid shipping label covers shipping your E-Collar strap to K9 Kouture for repair. Shipping your repaired strap back to you will be calculated separately at checkout.
