Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, misuse, accidents, improper use, alterations, or damage caused by excessive force. Cosmetic wear to hardware finishes, including scratching, fading, tarnishing, or plating wear over time, is also not considered a manufacturing defect. Because horses are powerful animals, no halter, lead line, snap, or piece of hardware should be considered indestructible. Always inspect your tack before use and discontinue use if any component shows signs of damage or excessive wear.
